Shipping and Order Cancellation Policies

Shipping Policy

We currently offer standard shipping to customers within the Pakistan and select locations.

  • Cash on delivery is available in all cities of Pakistan.
  • You can use Easy Paisa, Jazz Cash, Bank Transfer Online if you’re paying advance payment.
  • Orders placed by 12:00 noon (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped the same day via Registered Courier Service.
  • Orders received after 12:00 pm will be dispatched the next day.
  • Delivery time is between 2 to 5 working days (No delivery on Sundays).
  • We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier.
  • We are not responsible for any product is damaged or issues caused by the shipping carrier.

Following are the Return and Shipping policy customer must read before order. 

  1. The product should have to be packed properly in the box received at the time of delivery.
  2. The food bag should not be opened and used.
  3. The product should include original tags and accessories.
  4. Return Only acceptable if the product is incorrect/incomplete. 
  5. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we determine that the product has been damaged or altered in any way.
  6. Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
  7. Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.
  8. If you receive irrelevant/damaged Product contact within 12  hours of receiving your parcel at our Helpline (0306-0357535).
  9. Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to the following address:

Order cancellation policy

To ensure the user credibility petshub want to secure and align the shipment, return and cancellation policy. This policy includes the following instruction. 

  1. Before order cancellation customers have to inform the company for 8 hours. 
  2. If a customer will not inform the company within the given time, the company will charge 80% amount of the product or service. 
  3. Read the policy carefully before any order.
